Upgrading the Environment

During the second visit to this client location, a couple of PCs were rebuilt with 64-bit operation systems as well as upgraded with double their memory.  Troubleshot issue with network flow between network devices as many devices were becoming unresponsive. Replacing the main switch resolved the network issue. The main virtual host was upgraded with a new processor upgrade which allows for more cores and logical processors in the virtual environment.  WSUS was configured on the network and all network PC's reported properly. 

The customer is a Chicago-headquartered distribution company with multiple locations in the United States.  ConexNet provides for all of their IT needs.
