Turning Negatives into Positives with Temporary Servers | RI

Recently at a law firm we support, we experienced an issue that comes with hosting servers locally: hardware failure. Fortunately, we were able to receive notifications that their server was down the night before and be on top of it. By getting onsite early the next morning, we were able to diagnose the issue and begin putting solutions in place to limit the down time of our customer. In this case, the raid controller had died and was not properly booting the OS.

By putting in a temporary server and restoring their VM's, our customer was back up and running later that evening. By being proactive and prepared, we were able to limit the down time of our customer and allow them to function once again with reliable backups from the night before.

Using a temp. server has allowed us to begin building a new host with the latest and greatest parts/software. The ability to turn any negative into a positive has allowed ConexNet to exceed any roadblocks that may come with working in the modern world of technology.

Being prepared is only half the battle, being able to overcome hardships that come at unexpected times has allowed our company to strengthen our relationship with clients.
