The Importance of Teamwork | CM
Recently one of our clients in the food service industry was supplied with new scanner guns to work in tandem with their existing inventory software.
The configuration on the guns did not work right out of the gate. The client asked that we step in to assist, and eventually their telecom consultants who manage the wireless network in their warehouse were also pulled in. It took a few conference calls and some brainstorming, but the solution was eventually found and the scanners connected as they should.
This scenario illustrates how teamwork sometimes applies to consulting teams outside of our own to get things accomplished. Not only is the client's confidence in us important, but having a good relationship with the other consultants allows us all to work together for the benefit of the client.
