Proactive Software Monitoring
Being proactive is part of our game plan. We setup our clients with behind the scene monitoring software so we know within minutes if a server is down or internet service is offline. Just recently construction severed the Comcast connection throughout the entire building where one of our medical clients is located. Within minutes we had reached out to them, just as they realized they were having access issues. Though in this case it was out of our hands, our customers know we have eyes on their status 24/7. On the rare occasion an issue might arise off hours we are often aware of it and working to resolve it before they know there's an issue.
