Nationwide Service Company

ConexNet was on site for this nationwide service company and implemented new Mitel Cloud VOIP Hosted PBX system, retiring their old analog system of many years. This required the configuration of a layer 3 switch in order to create routing VLAN’s for data and voice traffic.

Before going live with the new phone system, their ISP was changed and upgraded to a faster connection that would support their VOIP set up. Their main firewall was also upgrade and configured to support the new bandwidth being delivered from the ISP.
