Coordination is key when it comes to bringing the best outcomes for our clients. We recently changed internet providers for a client of ours in the food distribution industry.

This business requires access and communication from before the sun rises every day, to when most folks are climbing into bed at night. So it was key for us to coordinate not only with this business but also the consultants who provide their phone and security services, to limit the downtime experienced. Being prepared and available at the best time for the client allowed the switch to go smoothly, and likely unnoticed by most of the employees.
